COVID-19 OFFICE PROTOCOL
At Limestone Wealth Management, our priority is not only providing clear financial guidance to our clients but doing so in a healthy and safe environment. To that end we have created a new COVID-19 Office Protocol which will be in place until new government guidance is provided.
We will continue to recognize, and support stay at home practices by continuing to offer client phone and/or video conference meetings and utilizing regular mail or our secure eSignature process to obtain client signatures, if necessary, for any needed requests or transactions. However, we recognize that there are times when clients need to see their advisor in person due to time-sensitive or urgent matters, so our doors will remain open with flex-hours to accommodate in-person meetings. Please contact your advisor via phone or email with any questions, needs or to schedule appointments.
Below is our new COVID-19 Office Protocol that we will be following in order to keep you, your family, and our advisors safe and healthy, yet continue to service your needs:
Office Appointments Protocol:
- Upon arriving at office parking lot, call your advisor to let him know you have arrived. (There will be no waiting in the lobby, so please do not enter the office on your own.)
- Your advisor will greet you at your car and escort you into the office, allowing you to avoid unnecessary touching of door handles.
- The offices will be wiped down and properly sanitized before and after each meeting.
- Offices will be arranged so clients and advisors can adhere to proper social distancing guidelines.
- The following convenience services will not be available at this time:
- No Bathroom Service
- No Water or Coffee Service
- Hard Copy Handouts will not be provided – any take away items will be delivered electronically through our secured email process.
Also, please consider the following questions upon scheduling a meeting with your financial advisor:
- Have you been out of the country in the past 14 days?
- Do you have any symptoms of respiratory infection such as a cough?
- Have you experienced any shortness of breath?
- Have you experienced a sore throat?
- Have you taken any fever reducing medication within the last 24-hours?
- Have you had Anti-Inflammatory medication within the last 8-hours?
- Have you been around anyone, in the past 2 weeks, who has been sick with a fever and/or respiratory infection?
- To your knowledge, has anyone who resides with you, been in the presence of anyone who has been sick with fever and/or respiratory infection over the past 2 weeks?
